The staff at Hilton Parkes were amazing to deal with. As a tenant they treated me with respect at all times, and went out of their way to help me. All maintenance was completely in a timely manner, and the property was all round well maintained by the owner. I couldn’t recommend Kim more as a property manager, she is thorough, efficient, and easy to deal with. There wasn’t ever an email or call, that went unanswered by Kim. It’s really hard for a tenant to find an agent with staff as personable as Hilton Parkes.
